1. Packaging film stepping
The card packaging machine adopts an independent packaging film feeding structure driven by a servo motor. This structure can accurately control the feeding amount/length of the packaging film. Through PLC program control, the step length of the packaging film can be flexibly adjusted according to the card size and packaging requirements. Whether it is a regular size card packaging or a special specification packaging requirement, the packaging film can be accurately delivered to the specified position, providing accurate packaging support for subsequent packaging and sealing processes.
2. Card packaging
During the packaging process, the packaging machine accurately positions the card in the packaging film through a precise mechanical structure and control system, and uses the high frequency vibration generated by the ultrasonic generator to make the material molecules of the packaging film against each other and fuse to form a firm sealing connection. Use continuous ultrasonic welding technology for card bag packaging.
3. Material james prevention
Material jams prevention refers to preventing the occurrence of situations such as material jamming. Wentong Mechanical Packaging Machine has taken a variety of measures in design to avoid this situation. For example, in the process of card conveying and packaging film feeding, reasonable guide devices and detection sensors are set up. Guide the card and packaging film to run along the correct track to avoid deviation, jamming, etc. The detection sensor can detect the material conveying status in real time. Once the material is blocked or abnormally stucked, it will immediately send a signal to stop the equipment and issue an alarm to remind the operator to deal with it, thereby preventing equipment damage or production interruption caused by material jams.
4. Card feeding
The cards are placed in the card magazine which usually can hold 500 cards at a time. Through the cooperation of the magazine and the conveying structure, the cards are accurately conveyed to the packaging position one by one according to the set speed. According to different card materials and the maximum coordination between card feeding and other processes, Wentong develops and produces different card delivery conveying structures to meet the high quality packaging needs of different cards and improve card production efficiency.
5. Sealing
Sealing is closely related to packaging, which is actually a link in welding the edge of the packaging film during the packaging process. After completing the packaging of the card, the packaging machine seals the opening of the packaging film through ultrasonic welding to form a completed sealed bag. The quality of the seal directly affects the sealing and protection effect of the card packaging. Wentong's packaging machine ensures that the seal is firm, flat, and has no leaking or false sealing by precisely controlling the temperature, pressure, time and other parameters of the seal. It effectively prevents the cards from falling off the package or the outside air, water, etc. from entering the package and damaging the cards.
6. Material collection
The material collection function mainly refers to the classification, collection and sorting of the packaged cards after the packaging is completed. The equipment can choose single card packaging or continuous card packaging function, and the number of cards collected can be set. For example, in single card mode, the packaging machine can separate each packaged card individually and arrange & collect them in a certain order. In continuous card packaging mode, the packaging machine can pack a certain number of cards into a group for overall collection, the card collection is with counting function for collecting any quantity cardpacks as you want.
